Refund policy

Please note that we only offer exchanges and no refunds for items purchased unless the item is out of stock. All accepted returns will be processed via a replacement credit to be used on our website or in-store. You can process a return online or by visiting us in-store.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, each bottle seal must be unbroken and all products must be in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from The Liquor Club.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theliquorclub.com, you will receive a response within 48 hours. If accepted you are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning any items to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please understand that as the buyer you take all responsibility for any damage or broken bottles which occur during the return process. To mitigate this you also have the option to return the item in person via our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the package is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used glassware or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
