We stock Bollinger because it's one of the richest, most characterful Champagnes from a big house. A serious gift. It's great with food, especially roast chicken or aged cheese.
Tastes like: baked apple, brioche, walnut and spice.
How to drink it:
- Serve well chilled, at 8 to 10°C, in a white wine glass or flute to get the most from the aroma

The details
- Made by: Bollinger, Aÿ, Champagne.
- Grapes: Pinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 25%, Meunier 15%, with over 85% from Grand and Premier cru vineyards.
- Reserve wines: A majority of reserve wines, some kept in magnums for 7 to 15 years.
- Ageing: Cellar aged for twice as long as the appellation rules require.
- Dosage: Between 7 and 8 grams per litre.
Why it tastes like this: Lots of Pinot Noir and old reserve wines give Bollinger its fuller, toastier style.
