Cuba's classic mojito rum. Light, fresh and aged for three years.
We stock Havana Club 3 because it's the authentic Cuban mojito and daiquiri rum. It's light but has more character than most white rums, with a little vanilla from its three years in oak. It's the rum that made the mojito famous, so it's the obvious choice if you want the classic.
Tastes like: light vanilla, pear, citrus and a dry finish.
How to drink it:
- Mojito: muddle mint, lime and a spoon of sugar, add 50ml Havana Club 3, fill with crushed ice and top with soda
- Daiquiri: 50ml Havana Club 3, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup, shaken with ice and strained into a chilled glass
- Cuba Libre: 50ml Havana Club 3 over ice, topped with cola and a big squeeze of lime

- Made by: Havana Club, made and aged 100% in Cuba. Maestro del Ron Asbel Morales leads the distillery in San José.
- Made from: Local Cuban sugar cane molasses.
- Still: Continuous (column) distillation.
- Age: Every drop aged for at least three years.
Why it tastes like this: Column distillation makes a light, clean rum, and three years in oak rounds it off without colouring it much. That's why it works so well in a Mojito.
