We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery estimates start once your order has been dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Click & collect in Brixton
Collect from The Liquor Club, Unit 6, Granville Arcade, Brixton Village, London SW9 8PR.
- Bring your order reference number.
- Bring valid photo ID, such as a passport or photocard driving licence.
- Collect during our opening hours. Check our hours and directions before you visit.
We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25, please be ready to show photo ID.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses, except the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We can’t deliver to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is entered, we’ll contact you for a valid address before dispatch.
Age checks
You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. We may ask for proof of age before dispatch. If we can’t confirm that the buyer is 18 or over, we’ll cancel and refund the order. Alcohol can only be handed to someone aged 18 or over.
Need help with an order?
Change or cancel
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t change it.
Damaged or leaking parcel
If the driver is still there, refuse the parcel. Take photos of the parcel and bottle, then contact us as soon as possible.
Parcel marked delivered?
If you can’t find it, contact us straight away and we’ll investigate using the tracking and delivery details.
