Vanilla is the quiet ingredient in a lot of great drinks, from the pornstar martini to a rum old fashioned. A small splash rounds things out without making them taste of sugar.
Tastes like: sweet vanilla.
How to drink it:
- Pornstar martini: 50ml vanilla or plain vodka, 25ml Re'al Passion Fruit, 15ml Monin Vanilla, 15ml lime, shaken with ice
- Rum old fashioned: 50ml aged rum, 5–10ml Monin Vanilla, 2 dashes Angostura, stirred over ice
- In iced coffee: 15ml per glass
