How to drink it:
- Negroni: 25ml gin, 25ml Campari and 25ml sweet vermouth, stirred over ice with orange peel
- Mezcal Negroni: swap the gin for mezcal
- Campari soda: 50ml over ice, topped with soda and an orange slice
