We stock Glenfiddich 15 because it's a real step up from the 12 without a big jump in price. The solera vat gives it a rounder, sweeter taste, and it makes a great gift for a whisky drinker.
Tastes like: honey, dried fruit, warm spice and a hint of oak.
How to drink it:
- Neat: 35ml in a tumbler, let it sit for a minute before sipping
- With water: add a few drops of water to open up the honey and fruit
- On the rocks: 50ml over one large ice cube

For the whisky nerds

- Ageing: Matured in bourbon, new oak and sherry casks.
- The Solera Vat: The whiskies are then married together in Glenfiddich's Solera Vat.
