How to drink it:
- Hugo spritz: 25ml St-Germain, 75ml prosecco and a splash of soda, with mint and lime
- A splash in a G&T
- Elderflower margarita: 50ml tequila, 15ml St-Germain and 25ml lime juice, shaken with ice
