How to drink it:
- As a shot, with an orange slice and chilli salt
- Paloma: 50ml Monte Albán over ice, topped with grapefruit soda, a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt
- Mezcal margarita: 50ml Monte Albán, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml agave syrup, shaken with ice, with a chilli-salt rim

A 100% agave mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, bottled at 40% ABV. The 'worm' is the larva of a moth that lives on agave plants. It's a marketing tradition from the 1940s, not a sign of quality, and it's safe to eat if you're daring.
