The details
A blend of 55% Pinot Noir from old vines, 25% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, with 18% still red wine added for colour. Half the wine comes from the harvest year and half from two older reserve vintages. The dosage is 8.5 g/L. Made by Armand de Brignac in Chigny-les-Roses.
