Tastes like: soft peat smoke, rich toffee and zesty fresh fruit, then oak, sharp green fruit and baked apple, with a lingering smoky-sweet finish.
How to drink it:
- Neat: pour 35ml into a tumbler and let it sit for a minute
- Over one large ice cube
- In a highball, topped with soda water
