Tastes like: vanilla, melon and lemon zest, then light toasted oak and nutmeg, with a melon and papaya finish.
How to drink it:
- Neat: pour 35ml into a tumbler and let it sit for a minute
- With a few drops of water
- Over one large ice cube

The spirit is matured separately in European sherry-seasoned oak, American sherry-seasoned oak and American ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, then the three are married together. It was previously sold as Fine Oak 12 Years Old. The Macallan was established in 1824.
