- Made by: Bollinger, Aÿ, Champagne.
- Grapes: Pinot Noir 62%, Chardonnay 24%, Meunier 14%, with over 85% from Grand and Premier cru vineyards.
- Colour: Just 5 to 6% red wine, from Pinot Noir plots in Verzenay or Aÿ.
Why it tastes like this: Built on the Special Cuvée, with a little red Pinot Noir for red-berry fruit and structure.
