We stock Bumbu XO for Bumbu drinkers who want something more grown-up. It keeps the smoothness but swaps the banana for oak, vanilla and dried fruit. Lovely neat on ice. It also makes a smooth Old Fashioned, and it's a great gift for someone who loves the Original.
Tastes like: vanilla, toffee, dried fruit and toasted oak.
How to drink it:
- On the rocks: 50ml Bumbu XO over one large ice cube with a twist of orange peel
- Old Fashioned: 50ml Bumbu XO, a teaspoon of sugar syrup and two dashes of Angostura bitters, stirred over ice with a twist of orange
- With ginger ale: 50ml Bumbu XO over ice, topped with ginger ale and a slice of orange
