We stock Rosaluna for people who want mezcal without the bonfire. It's light, clean and very easy to mix, so it's our go-to for mezcal margaritas behind the bar. It's also a lovely swap for tequila in a Paloma, where the light smoke gives a whole new edge.
Tastes like: sweet cooked agave, light smoke, citrus and a crisp finish.
How to drink it:
- Mezcal margarita: 50ml Rosaluna, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml agave syrup, shaken with ice, with a chilli-salt rim
- Paloma: 50ml Rosaluna over ice, topped with grapefruit soda, a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt
- Mezcal and tonic with a slice of orange
