Hibiscus goes brilliantly with rum, and it's the flower behind Caribbean sorrel. We add it to punches and margaritas when we want a floral, fruity twist without opening another bottle of spirit.
Tastes like: floral hibiscus.
How to drink it:
- Hibiscus rum punch: 15ml in your usual punch
- Hibiscus margarita: 50ml tequila, 25ml lime, 15ml Monin Hibiscus, shaken with ice
- Mocktail: 15ml with soda water and lime over ice
