The 20cl of Sunset, St Vincent's 84.5% rum. Enough for a big bowl of punch.
The small bottle is the best way to try Sunset without committing to a full 70cl. One 20cl makes a party-sized rum punch. It's fierce, but there's real tropical fruit under the strength. It's also the right size to take to a barbecue or a christening, where a full bottle would be too much.
Tastes like: a big hit of heat, then tropical fruit, marzipan and ginger.
How to drink it:
- The St Vincent way: 25ml over ice with cold water and lime
- Rum punch: 25ml Sunset, 100ml mixed pineapple and orange juice, 15ml lime juice, a dash of grenadine and Angostura bitters, over lots of ice
- With ginger beer: 25ml Sunset over lots of ice, topped with ginger beer
