How to drink it:
- Neat: pour 35ml of Caribbean Cask into a tumbler, let it sit for a minute, then add a drop of water if you like

- Ageing: 14 years in traditional oak whisky casks, then finished in American oak casks that previously held a blend of West Indian rums.
