Grenada's favourite white rum, at 69%. Clean, strong and made for punch.
We stock Clarke's Court because every Grenadian who walks in asks for it. It's cleaner and less funky than Jamaican overproof, so it lets your fruit juice shine. It's the classic Grenadian rum punch base. It's also a key part of the spice-island rum punch we serve at the bar.
Tastes like: clean cane, light citrus and a long, warming kick.
How to drink it:
- Grenadian rum punch: 25ml Clarke's Court, 25ml lime juice, 50ml sugar syrup and fruit juice, a dash of Angostura and grated nutmeg, over ice
- With coconut water: 25ml over ice, topped with fresh coconut water
- With a dash of Angostura bitters over ice, the Grenadian way
