Alcohol-free blue curaçao syrup. Turns any punch or cocktail bright blue.
We stock Monin because it's what bars use. A splash of blue curaçao syrup gives you that colour and orange flavour without extra alcohol. Use 10–15ml per drink.
Tastes like: sweet orange peel.
How to drink it:
- Blue Lagoon: 50ml vodka, 15ml Monin Blue Curaçao, topped with lemonade
- Blue rum punch: add 15ml to your usual punch
- Mocktail: 15ml with lemonade and lime over ice
