St Lucia's everyday white rum. Clean, smooth and the Bacardi upgrade.
We stock Bounty White because it's what St Lucia mixes with, and it costs about the same as the supermarket names. It's aged, then filtered clear, so it's smoother than most white rums at the price. It's light enough for a mojito, with a little extra body from its time in oak.
Tastes like: light vanilla, fresh cane and a clean, dry finish.
How to drink it:
- Mojito: muddle mint, lime and a spoon of sugar, add 50ml Bounty White, fill with crushed ice and top with soda
- Daiquiri: 50ml Bounty White, 25ml fresh lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup, shaken with ice and strained into a chilled glass
- With coconut water: 50ml Bounty White over ice, topped with coconut water and lime

For the rum nerds
Made by St Lucia Distillers, the island's last operating distillery. Distilled from molasses in a Coffey column still, aged for about two years in ex-bourbon casks, then charcoal filtered to remove the colour.
