How to drink it:
- Long and easy: 50ml Flat Cap over ice, topped with ginger beer and a wedge of lime
- Mojito: muddle mint, lime and a spoon of sugar, add 50ml Flat Cap, fill with crushed ice and top with soda
- Over ice with a squeeze of lime

For the rum nerds
Flat Cap was founded by Richard McKitty and named after his father, who arrived from Jamaica in the 1950s wearing his flat cap. The rum is distilled in copper stills in Jamaica and finished in the UK.
