We stock Chairman's Reserve because it punches way above its price. It's a blend of pot and column rum, so it has real flavour, but it's smooth enough to sip. Our go-to recommendation for a first 'proper' rum. It's a fantastic gift for someone who drinks spiced rum and is ready to try the real thing.
Tastes like: banana, orange peel, vanilla, toffee and gentle oak.
How to drink it:
- On the rocks: 50ml Chairman's Reserve over one large ice cube with a twist of orange peel
- With ginger ale: 50ml Chairman's Reserve over ice, topped with ginger ale and a slice of orange
- Old Fashioned: 50ml Chairman's Reserve, a teaspoon of sugar syrup and two dashes of Angostura bitters, stirred over ice with a twist of orange

Made by St Lucia Distillers, the last working distillery on Saint Lucia. A blend of pot and column still rums, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then married together in oak before bottling.
