One of the strongest rums in the UK, from St Vincent. For Wray & Nephew drinkers who want more flavour and more kick.
We stock Sunset because it's the real deal: it's what St Vincent drinks, not a novelty bottle. It's fierce, but there's genuine fruit under the strength. It's the backbone of a proper rum punch. If you're making punch for a party, one bottle goes a very long way.
Tastes like: a big hit of heat, then tropical fruit, marzipan and ginger.
How to drink it:
- The island way: 25ml over ice with cold water and a squeeze of lime
- Rum punch: 25ml Sunset, 100ml mixed pineapple and orange juice, 15ml lime juice, a dash of grenadine and Angostura bitters, over lots of ice
- With ginger beer: 25ml Sunset over lots of ice, topped with a good ginger beer

For the rum nerds
Made by St Vincent Distillers from molasses. Fermented for about 36 hours and distilled in a column still, then bottled at 84.5% ABV with minimal dilution. Won World's Best Overproof Rum at the 2016 World Rum Awards.
Strength note: At 84.5%, this is a mixing rum. Measure it, and don't drink it neat in shots.
