We stock Fever because the demand is huge, and because it's properly made by one of the Caribbean's biggest distillers. It's a cleaner, less funky overproof than Wray, which makes a smooth, strong rum punch. It's also a favourite as a gift for Kartel fans, so it flies out around birthdays and Christmas.
Tastes like: clean sugar cane, light spice and a warming finish.
How to drink it:
- Rum punch: 25ml Fever, 100ml mixed pineapple and orange juice, 15ml lime juice, a dash of grenadine and Angostura bitters, over lots of ice
- Island style: 25ml Fever over ice with pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime
- With ginger beer: 25ml Fever over lots of ice, topped with ginger beer
