We keep Cuervo because sometimes you need party tequila. But for a few pounds more, El Jimador is 100% agave and much smoother. Ask us and we'll show you the difference. Mixto tequila can be rough on its own, so it's best in a cocktail.
Tastes like: light agave, pepper and a sharp finish.
How to drink it:
- As a shot with salt and lime
- Frozen margarita: 50ml Cuervo, 25ml lime juice and 25ml triple sec, blended with ice
- With lemonade: 50ml Cuervo Silver over ice, topped with lemonade and fresh fruit

A 'mixto' tequila: at least 51% agave sugars, with other sugars making up the rest. José Cuervo has been making tequila since 1795, the oldest tequila maker still operating. Bottled at 38% ABV.
