Appleton Estate Rum
Appleton Estate has been making rum in Jamaica's Nassau Valley, in the parish of St Elizabeth, since 1749. The rum is a blend of pot and column still rums, made with the estate's own sugar cane and water filtered through the valley's limestone hills, then aged in the Jamaican heat.
Joy Spence, Appleton's master blender, became the rum industry's first female master blender in 1997. The age on each bottle is the age of the youngest rum in the blend, and no sugar is added, in line with Jamaica's rum rules.
Start with Signature for mixing and rum punch, step up to the 8 Year Old Reserve for sipping or cocktails, and save the 12 Year Old Rare Casks and 21 Year Old for sipping slowly. See all our Jamaican rum.
