Our own collaboration with Las Olas: overproof Caribbean rum rested in ex-añejo tequila barrels. Rum meets tequila.
We made this with Las Olas because it's the bottle that sums up TLC: rum and tequila in one glass. Only 80 bottles were made, and it's now sold out. We keep this page live so you can see what we do, and so you hear first if we make another.
Tastes like: lime zest, ripe pineapple, white pepper and a salty, citrus finish.
How to drink it:
- Golden Margarita: 35ml Las Olas Overproof, 25ml Cointreau and 25ml fresh lime juice, shaken with ice and served with a salt rim
- With pineapple: 25ml over ice, topped with pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime
- A small measure over ice with a splash of water

For the rum nerds
A heavy blend of Jamaican and Bajan rums, rested for nine weeks in barrels that previously held añejo tequila. Bottled at 62.5% ABV. A limited run of 80 bottles, made exclusively for The Liquor Club.
Strength note: At 62.5% ABV, this is made to cut through mixers. Measure it.
