Rivers Royale Grenadian Rum, 70cl

We stock Rivers because it's one of the most traditional rums on earth, made the same way for centuries on a single estate. It's funky, grassy and fierce. If you know Clarke's Court, this is the bottle that shows you the other side of Grenada. It's not an easy drink, and that's the point: it tastes of the place it's made. Rum nerds will love you for it.

Tastes like: fresh-cut cane, earthy funk, green fruit, pepper and heat.

How to drink it:

• The Grenadian way: a small measure with a glass of cold water on the side
• Rum punch: 25ml Rivers Royale, 100ml mixed pineapple and orange juice, 15ml lime juice, a dash of grenadine and Angostura bitters, over lots of ice
• With coconut water: 25ml Rivers Royale over ice, topped with fresh coconut water
