Taittinger's house Champagne. Unusually rich in Chardonnay, so it's fresh and elegant.
If you usually buy Moët, try this. Taittinger uses more Chardonnay than most houses do in a non-vintage brut, which gives it a lighter, more elegant style, with fruit and honey on the nose and fine bubbles.
Tastes like: delicate fruit and honey, with fine bubbles and a fresh finish.
How to drink it:
- Well chilled, in a flute or a white wine glass
- With seafood, sushi or fried chicken
